Who shattered this statue into sand?
Who smiled and stole a butterflys heart?
I fell into her eyes, and I lost my way
My mind will always wander to the place where we met
Even after the storm, little raindrops still fall from the oak trees
Wherever I did go
I always stopped to rest in her shadow
She sought me out, I handed her a bouquet, and I then turned away
I died facing away
Who shaped this sand again into a statue?
Who cried and won the butterflys heart?
If I fall into your eyes, I will find my way
My mind will always wander to the place where we met
Even after the storm, little raindrops still fall from the sakura trees
Wherever I may go
I will always stop to rest in your shadow
If ever I face death, I will hand her a bouquet, and I will turn away
I will die facing you
